Birch Cottage is an ideal place for exploring the beautiful Western Highlands of Scotland. Situated in a spectacular elevated location overlooking Loch Linnhe with a mountain backdrop, the local area offers pebble beaches at Cuil Bay, access to the Fort William-Oban cycle track, stunning hikes, climbing and a range of outdoor activities. Ben Nevis is just a 20 mile drive from the house via Fort William. Oban Ferry terminal, a 30 mile drive south, offers year round access to the Hebrides.

Greenacres has panoramic views both out the front and behind it’s location. It overlooks a tidal bay with sandy beach that is only 10 mins walk away and behind you will see the Quiraing mountain. The living room looks out across the garden through massive French windows which can also be fully opened on fair-weather days. This really opens up the space and brings the beautiful scenery inside. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need with cooker, microwave, large fridge/ freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher.

There are plenty of local walks and many more further afield. The Little House is surrounded by farm land, with sheep and cows grazing. The entrance is through a gate and there is ample parking. Self catering bungalow, ‘Crab Cottage’

Crab Cottage provides a comfy place to relax after a day exploring the beauty of the Isle of Skye. This detached, self-catering bungalow for two is situated in a crofting community. The cottage is near and above the road but shielded by bushes and visitors have said the noise is minimal. Our own house and static caravan are next to the cottage. We live with an elderly collie mix dog called Boots and 4 chickens (who live in a separate fenced off area).
