Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

Situated on our working farm on the edge of the village of Thixendale, the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by stunning landscapes in a peaceful, rural setting. Visit the wonderful market town of Malton, or historic York as well as some beautiful country houses, or simply rest and relax. There is an abundance of food producers and restaurants in the locality for you to explore.

‘The Tree House’ is located in the beautiful village of Cherry Burton with off street parking, just 3 miles from Beverley. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton

It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Silver birch is a beautiful en suite cabin. It has central heating so is perfect for anytime of the year. It has a living alpine roof which is a fantastic feature. Inside it has a double bed with a single above it, a kitchenette and a en suite with shower, toilet and sink. It has a lot of private out door seating. Guests also have access to the brick built barbecues that can be hired upon arrival and also the shared canteen with oven, gas hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.
