Welcome to The Cozy Corner. This space has been freshly renovated by my husband and me. We enjoy working on projects and have done everything we can to make this space somewhere we would enjoy spending time ourselves. While the inside is brand new we are still working to update the outside between guests. The Cozy Corner is near downtown Mishawaka and a short drive from everything South Bend and the Michiana area has to offer. It will be decorated for the season. Stay with us and celebrate life

Standalone 750 square foot studio on 4 beautiful acres. Renovated in 2017. Roomy and comfortable, this space is perfect for overnight to short-term stays. The space is very private, separate from the main house, has its own entrance and dedicated heating and cooling. Close to shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Notre Dame and 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches and resort communities. Quiet home in wooded area minutes from Notre Dame

There are three bedrooms available. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The second bedroom has a full & twin bed, the third bedroom has a full bed. Both of these bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a half bath on the first floor. We live on the premises and also provide breakfast. We are 15 minutes from Notre Dame & the Indiana Toll Road exits and 30 minutes from Andrews University. Check for room availability, some rooms are available on reserved dates.

Come stay in our private-access, BASEMENT apartment, while you visit our town of Shipshewana. Our home sits in the middle of 7 acres of woods. We love it here, and we hope you do too! Our goal, as your hosts, is to provide you with a reasonably priced, cozy space, where you feel like you are visiting a friend, not staying at a high end hotel. Small touches set us apart like laundry and light breakfast/snacks provided for stays that include Sundays (coffee is ALWAYS on at this house)
