Note: We only own the house, not the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed at this time.

Rosie's Retreat new w outdoor kitchen & fire pit!

Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

Cottage A at Dry Hollow Farm

Local Amish builders constructed this cabin at Dry Hollow Farm in 2021. On 63 acres of woods and pasture we raise Nigerian Dwarf and Alpine goats for milk from which we craft artisan goat milk soap of many varieties. We also raise luffa gourds and organically-grown herbs. We are located five miles outside of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and offer opportunities to interact with our farm animals and shop in our on-farm Soap Shop. We offer a peaceful rural setting with plenty of space to roam.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a 40 pet fee.

The Birdhouse

Welcome to The Woodshop on West Florida! Perfect spot to stop off on a road-trip with your pet. This 1,100 sq ft open-concept building has recently been equipped with everything you need for your trip to Union City. The Woodshop is located less than 2 miles from Discovery Park, 20 mins from University of TN at Martin, and we’re within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, boutiques and antique stores. NOT available for a long-term rental.

Take a deep breath and be our guest at a cozy retreat in the heart of Union City and beautiful NW TN. Sam's Place is a recently remodeled 2 BD, 2 Bath and is the perfect spot for a get-a-way, business trip or adventure. Welcome to The Barn. This 1400 sq ft fully furnished home is unique because it is an old barn the was transformed into a 2 bedroom 2 bath home. We are located close to historic downtown Paris but secluded enough to have your privacy. Whether you are here to enjoy The Worlds Biggest Fish Fry, our beautiful Kentucky Lake, visiting family or just looking to get away we encourage you to relax and enjoy your stay.
