Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. Please see property description for layout. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the area.

The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. Walking distance to St Ives Town and Harbour, Tate Gallery and all the beaches, the closest being Porthmeor Beach. (3 minutes away and sea views all the way!) Recently renovated and beautifully furnished for two people with outside courtyard and parking for one car. It is also to be noted that we do not take anyone 18 years old
