You can use a coffee machine in the hallway. Also you can use shared washing machine for free and outside barbecue. In front of the house is parking place in the shade.

On the second floor you'll find the kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom wand bathroom. The parking is 80m away from the house and is accessible by foot trough an illuminated path.
