The accommodation has a Double bedroom,Shower Rm with wc,Living space with Dining area&Kitchen-which has hob,microwave/grill,fridge,toaster&kettle only, ie NO OVEN .Ideal place for walking&exploring the Yorks Coast&countryside,with North York Moors & Golf courses nearby. Local village pubs,restaurant and shops all within walking distance.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

This studio is finished to a very high standard, accommodating up to 4 adults with one off road parking space and plenty of free street parking. The Kitchen/Living area couples with the bedroom where there is a comfortable double bed (sofa bed in the living area). There is a bathroom with basin, towel rail, toilet and shower.

Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics.
