Its interior has been carefully decorated to infuse a nostalgic mood into your holidays. Despite this, key facilities have been modernized to ensure a high degree of comfort. We even provide EV charging inside the premises so you may travel around to enjoy the beauty of the island without hassle.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Kingwood is a comfortable double bedroom self-catering apartment with LARGE 50” TV & HIGH-SPEED WIFI, just 3 minutes away from the beach, the promenade and downtown village attractions and amenities. Within easy walking distance is the sandy beach at the Promenade, the pretty harbour, the village's Isle of Man Steam Railway station and groceries, local shops, restaurants and cafes. The rest of the island is easy to discover from here too, as a bus stop is located just around the corner!

It's just 5mins drive from Douglas, with great public transport links just 2 mins from our home. You can watch TT races just 2 mins walk from our home. There is an access road nearby in case races are on so you can easily get in and out when needed. Our home is ideal for up to 6 people or a family with children. Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

Snowdrop Cottage

Snowdrop cottage boasts a lovely lounge with comfortable furnishings, wood-burning stove and double doors that open out onto the courtyard. The kitchen has ample space for dining and is well equipped for our guests' culinary needs. Both the King and the Twin bedroom have their own en-suite bathrooms.
