In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Troverai un'accogliente villa con piscina immersa nel verde a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Campulongu. Tramite due comodi vialetti pedonali, si giunge alla spiaggia di Campulongu, una delle più belle di Villasimius, rinomata per l'acqua del mare trasparente e cristallina. Qui troverai belle dune di sabbia bianca, contornate dalla macchia mediterranea, che lambiscono la riva del mare.

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
