Nestled within the Dromara hills,you can enjoy the stunning views while you relax and unwind in our private hot tub. Explore the area on foot or bike, squat through the weekend at T3 gym onsite or bring your rod for a spot of fishing on the River Lagan. If you're feeling more adventurous there are countless top NI attractions within a 30 min drive.

Family home in the heart of Roscommon town convenient for all local attractions. Hanons hotel is round the corner for meals/drinks. Roscommon town is an easy walk of 1.5k. Roscommon Community Hospital is directly opposite the property. Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall in case of rain. The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water and Electric Vehicle Charger.

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.

GrPk1: Large 2 Roomed Ground Floor Flat

This is a private 2 room self contained flat comprising 1 bedroom, lobby/shower/wc. The 2nd. room consists of kitchen/dining room constant hot water with a very comfortable 2 person sofa bed. Located in the heart of Rathmines and only 10-30 minutes walk to Dublin's many inner city attractions. Located to the front of the house, the kitchen/sitting room overlooks the rear garden. There is a great bus service at the end of Grove Park to the city centre.

Rusheyhill wildflower meadows.

Rusheyhill Loft, is in Rusheyhill Apiary, a private eco-friendly conservation/biodiversity/project. We keep and breed the native Irish Honeybee. We have 10 acres of wildflower meadows and forest in a secluded rural location near Ballymoney and only a short distance from the famous North Coast. The loft is the only guest house and is detached from the main house. It’s large 8mx1.5m picture window has uninterrupted views and isn’t overlooked.
