Recently renovated apartment in NYC's Upper West Side. Close to Central Park & National History Museum. Great location close to restaurants & boutiques. Enjoy delicious food while spending time in the neighborhood or stop by the Farmer's Market Citi bike & subway stops (1, B, C lines) in a block. 2 & 3 are a short walk away. Includes kitchenette (fridge, coffee, microwave, hotplate, toaster), bedroom & a den w/ a futon. Bathroom includes shower, tub, heated floors. NO SMOKING or PARTIES.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Included in the listing is as much coffee as you can stomach, courtesy of our Nespresso machine. Just a short block to the 1 train, “subway” you will be anywhere on the island in no time. Steps away from Riverside Park where spectacular Hudson River views and the most beautiful NYC sunsets awaits. A 10 minute stroll to the east, and you’re in iconic Central Park. Come as a tourist, live like a local, leave as a more informed tourist.

Spacious and Lovely One Bedroom

The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

Cozy safe place cross Hudson River from NYC. This room is strictly limited for one person only to control the quality of staying. Nothing fancy, but spend fraction of money to enjoy NYC. Room has Queen bed and key lock , shared bathroom with 3 other guests if fully sold out. Shared kitchen, dining room with 5 other guests maximum (3rd floor apartment has 2 guests) 2 and 1/2 blocks away from bus stop, 30 minutes $3.50 will bring you to center of NYC: Time Square. Second floor large bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. House is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance and also not for Saturday nights.

Cozy room in a two bedroom apartment on 3rd floor. Full size bed. Quiet and sunny. Shared bathroom. Restaurants and supermarkets around. About 20 minutes to Middletown of Manhattan by bus, and about 45 minutes to lower Manhattan by bus plus subway or by light rail plus PATH. Great views of Manhattan if you walk 10 minutes to the parks along the riverside road. Hamilton Park is a must visit. No smoking or drugs or party.
