The Cart House, Hadrian's Wall country

The Cart House is self contained accommodation accessed via its own front door. It comprises of a comfortable lounge and a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, sink, airfryer, kettle, toaster and dining table. There is also have a one ring table top hob and a grill. A separate shower room leads off the lounge area. The bedroom includes a king size bed set in the alcove of the original stone entrance. Ideal for a peaceful few days or great stopover on route up North or down South . Its situated close to Hadrians Wall , Keilder Reservoir , Hareshaw Linn Waterfall and the National Park , Walkers , Cyclists Fisherman delight . Bellingham is only 2 miles away by car with a Co-op , pubs, Chinese take out to name but a few ammenities .

The Shipping Container, Springwell

An ‘Amazing Spaces’ inspired shipping container conversion, set in a peaceful secluded wildlife friendly garden, at the foot of the Pennine hills. The container is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Talkin village which has a friendly pub serving food. A woodburning stove (logs supplied) ensures the container stays cosy in all weathers. It makes an excellent base to explore Hadrian's Wall, the North Lakes and the Eden Valley.. or a perfect stop off point on your way to or from Scotland.

Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the most magnificent views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the peace & quiet, but we are ideally placed for trips west to the Lake District, east to the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and north to Hadrian's Wall. It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

Hot tub is £80 payable on arrival. Our luxury glamping pods are home from home with all cooking facilities, Fully fitted en suite, Double bed and sofa bed. We supply shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. We supply a continental breakfast. A full English breakfast could be supplied in you require. Free pick up after 5pm from Steel Rigg and free drop off before 9am. Dog friendly too. Small airfryer, small freezer and fridge.
