Nearby restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are easily accessible by car and bike.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

L'appartamento é situato nel soleggiato borgo di Toceno e offre ai suoi ospiti un piacevole soggiorno all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. L'appartamento é composto da un piccolo atrio che porta al bagno (provvisto di doccia, lavandino, wc e bidet) e al locale open space soggiorno+cucina. The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
