Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Shop and pub in the village, and although the hut is set on a working farm, there’s plenty of peace and quiet and privacy at our cozy hut.

Y Bwthyn Holiday Cottage - Dog friendly

Y Bwthyn is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Beudy, it is a two level converted stone building . It has a lounge, log burner & dining area and a narrow spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom with a private bathroom, shower, bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen leads off to the king size bedroom with ensuite. There is a south facing private enclosed garden with grass and patio area with beautiful views. There is 5 acres of our land for you to explore and enjoy.

It’s elevated location has direct views over the Elan River and is only a 10 minute walk from the confluence of the Elan & Upper Wye rivers.
