In this cosy open space unit just by the pool, you will find a specious leaving room with a fireplace, a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a dining area. All surrounded by our beautiful garden. You can enjoy the sitting areas outside and have your meal under the trees. Enjoy also the nearby lakeshore and the beach bar which are less than 5 minutes walk! The sailing club is our neighbor and so the wonderful Albatross club. The garden and the pool are shared with the main house

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.
