21 Pound Street is a grade 2 listed cottage, recently refurbished to a very high standard. The cottage offers a comfortable base for exploring the historic town of Petworth, the beautiful Sussex countryside.and is an ideal base for attending the many events at the Goodwood Estate.The property is situated in the middle of the town, conveniently backing on to the carpark. This is free from 6pm-8am, and £2.60 for the entire day. There are pubs and restaurants walking distance from the cottage.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Beautiful Cottage on a Farm

A beautiful, spacious cottage situated on a farm between Wisborough Green and Petworth. The cottage offers flexible living with 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Super King size bed & a stylish en-suite, and the second bedroom is set up as a dressing room. There is a sofa bed in the second bedroom, so the cottage can sleep four, if needed. There is a further bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, built-in microwave, air fryer and washing machine.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

The Cowshed, Midhurst

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.
