L'appartamento si trova a piano terra di una casa singola, a pochi metri dal lago di Mercatale ed è immersa nel verde, con un terreno di un ettaro, con ampio giardino piantumato (alberi da frutto) , fiori ed un bellissimo orto , i cui prodotti sono a disposizione degli ospiti. A poche centinaia di metri, la bellissima Rocca di Sassocorvaro con tutti i servizi commerciali. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.
