Rustica House

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Villa Dvori je unikatna rustikalna kuća za odmor, udaljena oko 500 m od centra Nina, najstarijeg hrvatskog kraljevskog grada. Restaurirani djelovi datiraju još iz 1853.godine a sama kuća je potpuno ograđena kamenim zidom iz tog doba što nas čini posebnim i daje poseban i autentičan doživljaj . Opustite se u potpunoj intimi koju vam pružamo ,uživajući u bazenu u paru ili sa obitelji ,a opet u blizini svega što vam treba,okupani dalmatinskim suncem i mirisom mora .

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

Stara kamena kuća smještena je u starom dijelu malenog mjesta Luka na prekrasnom Dugom otoku.Kao što samo ime "VALLIS" znači uvala, kuća je smještena u mirnom i prekrasnom mjestu. Idealna je za obitelji koje žele provesti odmor uživajući u miru, čistom moru,mediteranskoj hrani i ljubaznim mještanima.,a udaljena je samo 50m od mora. U blizini se nalazi poznata pješčana plaža Sakarun, a i Park prirode Telašćica.
