Sita in una posizione privilegiata, di fronte alla Mensa Ponderaria, al Duomo e a pochi passi da Villa d’Este, è un rifugio di charme per chi cerca un mix di storia, arte e comfort moderno. La struttura è stata ristrutturata con cura, utilizzando materiali tipici del territorio preservando l’autenticità e valorizzando il legame con la cultura millenaria del luogo.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

La torre, datata 1765, fa parte del portale di accesso dell'azienda agricola della famiglia. Inizialmente il piano terra era adibito alla pigiatura dell'uva, mentre i piani sovrastanti erano a disposizione del personale che lavorava nell'azienda. Dopo il restauro è stata utilizzata come studio di architettura. Dotata di giardino e parcheggio con ingresso autonomo.

On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.
