Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Es ist ein wunderschönes Steinhaus mitten im Zentrum in der Fußgängerzone. Das Townhouse besteht aus mehreren Suiten, im zweiten Stock ist die SUITE DANISH ART. Jede Suite hat einen eigenen Eingang, es gibt ein gemeinsames Stiegenhaus. Die Privatsphäre ist gewahrt.
