Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom, plus a handy downstairs loo. Outside, a private enclosed garden and hot tub provide a space for children and up to two dogs welcome, it’s ideal for a rural escape. WINDY HALL - Secluded luxury with stunning views

Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the most magnificent views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the peace & quiet, but we are ideally placed for trips west to the Lake District, east to the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and north to Hadrian's Wall. It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

All set in lovely secure gardens, with open views across the old village and ancient church. Perfect for 2 couples or slightly larger family group (4-6). Great location in the heart of Embleton, close to the village shop, garage, pubs and restaurants and only 10 minutes' walk to the beach. Please be aware there are additional charges for pets of £10 per pet per night.
