The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Spacious self-contained three bed cottage with bright and airy sleeping and living spaces attached as a wing of our 16th century listed house. You will have your own private garden, set in 30 acres of mature gardens, parkland and woodland. Spectacular walks and coast nearby, with River Cottage in the town and pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Wyld cabin.

With this cabin, you can expect a home from home feel. The cabin is located on a working farm, so you can expect farm vehicles driving in and out, we also have cows on the farm, they can be noisy from time to time (but mostly when its time to be fed.) The Wyld cabin is located centrally to Charmouth, Axminster and Lyme Regis. Brilliant for a base to enjoy scenic walks and explore the Jurassic coast.
