Has its own sitting area with BBQ and fire pit all tucked away in a lovely corner York city centre just 3 miles away on a great bus route

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Kitchen has hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Tumble dryer is in an outside shed. Bedroom has wardrobe and dressing table. 10 mins drive into city centre or No 1 bus straight run into York takes 20-30 mins depending on traffic, runs every 10 mins. You are attached to the main house but will not be disturbed.

Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes drive to 2 cinemas, leisure parks and retail units. This is the perfect location to explore York, the local area or enjoy a night out.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
