This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

Beach access accross the street and short walk to Revere Beach. Lots of good resturaunts and cafes nearby. Unit is located on the 3rd floor. 3 sets of stairs to access apartment. Perfectly safe but not handicap accessible or convenient for anyone with impaired mobility or small children.

Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside. Tampering with or disabling smoke or CO detectors is a safety violation and will result in a $1,000 fee. One car parked at the house. There is an Airbnb apartment located downstairs. Backyard is shared among the guests - please be considerate.
