Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

A guest suite with independent entry in a delightful secluded location with woodland on its doorstep and a short ride to central Leeds. Hidden away in a safe and secure culdesac with parking, just a ten minute walk from vibrant Meanwood’s independent restaurants, bars and supermarkets. This peaceful retreat is on a direct bus route to Leeds’ universities, stadiums and nightlife and a gateway to the Yorkshire countryside. The popular suburbs Chapel Allerton and Headingley are close by.

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

Stay in a beautifully restored 1777 Annex with 9 acres of countryside to explore. Cosy bedroom with wooden beams, French doors to wildflower meadows, and a moon gate leading to rolling hills. Relax in the hot tub with panoramic views (wildlife spotting included!), picnic under our 100 year-old oak tree, or enjoy the quirky honesty-bar kitchen. Close to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, and charming Yorkshire villages, perfect for a peaceful escape with a touch of magic (hot tub £30 per night)

This comfortable studio with amazing views, lots of outdoor space, walks from the doorstep and pubs with good food nearby is perfect for couples looking to re-charge their batteries in a rural location. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, White Company linen, underfloor heating with independent controls, it's own combi-bolier for hot water, tv and wi-fi. It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Conveniently situated in a quiet residential area of Leeds, less than a mile north of Headingley, with excellent transport links into Leeds city centre and within easy reach of Leeds Bradford International airport. The 36 is a large detached privately owned property now offering a self-contained 1 bedroom studio for up to 2 adults in newly built and refurbished rooms. Set in it's own extensive garden with secure off-street parking, 3 seating areas and a petanque court.

Located 25 minutes walk, or a 5 minute bus journey from the bus stop 1 minute away, to York city centre. Buses go every 7 minutes. 1.1 miles from York racecourse and 0.7 miles from York Designer Outlet. A modern wine bar, cafe, chemist, sandwich shop and traditional real ale pub are located all in easy walking distance in Fulford
