Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Cijeli objekt je samo vaš, dvorište je ograđeno kamenim zidom koji skriva poglede prolaznika, bez direktnih susjeda, vlasnik živi 200m dalje. Vanjski bazen sa sustavom elektrolize morske soli, 3 klimatizirane spavaće sobe, 3 kupaonice, unutarnja i vanjska kuhinja, internet, playstation4, 4 SmartTV, pikado, pješčanik za djecu, stolni nogomet, garantiraju vam prekrasan odmor. Ova nova, moderna kuća smještena je u Zemuniku Donjem, 10km od Zadra. Idealan odabir za obitelji s djecom. Nalazi se na ograđenom imanju sa bazenom, travnjakom, roštiljem i velikim parkingom. Sve spavaće sobe i dnevni boravak imaju klima uređaj i TV. Wifi je dostupan u cijeloj kući. Unutar sat vremena vožnje od kuće su gradovi Zadar, Nin, Biograd, nacionalni parkovi Paklenica i Krka te mnoge druge atraktivne lokacije. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
