Sweet holiday house with a pool

Stand-alone holiday house with a sea view and 30 sqm swimming pool. Ideal for couples, families and extended families. Located 5min walk from the village center and 10 min walk from the beach. Meanwhile, it is away from busy roads and is located in the authentic part of the village where locals live. Best wineries and restaurants are in the vicinity. Ancient Korcula town is only 6km away. House consists of two separate apartments on two levels with a lot of outer space.

House is close to sea (50 meters) and it has wonderful clean property. It's surrounded with olive trees which just adds to a mediteranian atmosphere. In front of house you have table and 2 banks for your morning relaxation, lunch and dinner. You have 2 fireplaces, one inside and other outside the house. You have parking available. Guests are able to acces whole house and property arround house. Guests have acces to the public beach 50 meter from the house.

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.
