Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

Alles wat je nodig hebt om samen lekker tot rust te komen en het natuurgebied van de Weerribben-Wieden te ontdekken. Giethoorn is slechts 20 minuten rijden. Het (gedeelde) zwembad is 's zomers beschikbaar. De jacuzzi is los bij te boeken voor €30 per 2 uur. Daarnaast verhuren we fietsen en een vintage tandem.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Het huisje is warm en stijvol ingericht waardoor je je direct welkom en thuis voelt. Afstand tot Kampen 10 autominuten, afstand tot Zwolle 30 autominuten. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen (eventueel met baby, campingbedje niet inbegrepen) en solo-avonturiers.
