Own Front Door

Welcome to the beautiful city of Winchester! I have self contained central accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a lounge with fridge/tea/coffee making facilities and your own private front door accessed from the street at ground level. The accommodation has been part of a massive renovation of the main house, now fully completed. Dating from the 1850’s it still retains a Victorian feel with high ceilings and sash windows. It is a lovely light, airy space.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Studio in Abbots Worthy

Beautiful self-contained studio with its own front door, step free access and parking for one car in the charming hamlet of Abbots Worthy. Situated in the Itchen Valley, between the Cathedral City of Winchester (8 min drive) and Georgian Market Town of Alresford (10 min drive). Super-king bed (can also be made into two single beds) with luxury bedding and towels. Ensuite shower room. Wifi, Sky TV, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe & hangers

Annex for couple or solo stay.

The Beehive, is a separate building with private access. It's part of our home in Headbourne Worthy and set in a peaceful semi-rural retreat. It is perfect for solo visitors or couples but not suitable for young children. We have lovely views, with great access to the rural footpaths and only a 15-20 minute walk to Winchester. It is a bright and airy space, with modern features and neutral décor. We are a 5 minute drive from the City of Winchester and mainline train station to London.

“The Hay Wagon " Large Unique Space

"The Hay Wagon." Bespoke Large Cabin Style living space. Tucked away and Private. Wonderful views of fields and far reaching landscape. Named after the "John Deere" HayTrailer it was built on. This extra large ‘Hay Wagon' which stands alone, nestles under the tree line with spectacular landscape views. Added in the grounds is a spacious open fronted shed which enhances your entertaining space and includes an outside rainfall hot shower, seating, coffee table and BBQ.

Fully equipped galley kitchen for self - catering. Only a five minute level walk to the central High Street and Cathedral, with the world famous Christmas Market through November and December. Less than ten minutes walk from the Railway Station.

With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.
