Highcliff Cottage at Luccombe is a dream holiday retreat, secluded and tranquil. A 100m high clifftop garden oasis overlooking Sandown Bay and the south of England. Relax on the deck, listen to the bird song and breathe in the fresh air. Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

Fisherman’s Rest - a local Fisherman’s Cottage

Bembridge is a lovely coastal village on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight, surrounded by beaches a quirky harbour with working fishing boats. The village has a real sense of community with a village hall for events, a butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Bembridge RNLI Lifeboat reinforces the respect the village has for its history.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Mulberry Cottage is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Tucked discreetly down an unmade country Lane, surrounded by fields and woodland. It has its own private garden with a newly added hot tub perfect for having fun with the family or relaxing after exploring . A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

Breakers Sound is a detached, listed thatched cottage that sits within an acre of mature gardens with stunning sea views across the English Channel from most areas of the property. The historic village of St Lawrence sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty, with coastal and country walks on the doorstep of the cottage and easy access to many of the island's attractions. The vibrant town of Ventnor, with all its amenities, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Our Annexe sits within the conservation area of Ryde with uninterrupted views across the Solent. It forms part of a large Regency property but has an independent access and off-street parking. With it's beaches, harbour, bustling town centre and easy mainland links, Ryde has become a popular destination for many people all year round. The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.
