The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.
