The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. The nut house is situated on a decked area at the bottom of a beautiful garden where you will find wood sculptures, many flowers, plants and wildlife. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool

The Porters' Lodge | Peaceful Garden Retreat

The Porters’ Lodge is a private annex attached to a Victorian house with lovely garden views. It has its own entrance, a cosy living room with sofa, TV, dining table and well-equipped kitchenette, plus a separate double bedroom. The private shower room is accessed via a utility room but is for guest use only. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden. Wi-Fi, heating and on-site parking are included for a comfortable stay.
