The front door opens into a seating and kitchen area. This offers a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is a Smart 32 inch HD TV. Off of this room is a shower room complete with toilet and sink. The bedroom is separate with a double bed and wardrobe. Easy access to Chichester, Arundel and Goodwood.

There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, Microwave, Air Fryer & Hob. We offer a nice size flat screen TV, Internet and Air conditioning. There is a large walk-in shower. Although we don't offer parking for this room, there is plenty of parking very close.
