Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

Located within our home’s grounds, accessed via electric gates with a long drive and ample parking. We are a working farm with friendly animals including spaniels, cats, peacocks, ducks, chickens, and seasonal sheep.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
