Surrounded by open skies, wildlife, and far reaching rural views, this is a peaceful escape from everyday life, perfect for families, walkers and anyone wanting to slow down and reconnect with nature (sorry not a party house). It offers privacy and calm in a rural setting.

The coast is only a 20 minute drive away with lots of beaches to choose from and the city of Exeter also just 20 minutes by car. Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available.
