We built this farmhouse as a Get away from the city and aptly named it 'Nivaant' meaning Leisure. This place lives up to its name and we are sure that you will love it. It is located in Chaul which is 17 kms ahead of Alibag on the way to Murud. The house is located amidst a coconut and supari plantation. The house comprises of a Living Room, kitchen and a bedroom in addition to Front patio and Terrace. This place is ideal for friends or two/three families looking to spend quality time together.

La Mer is a quaint hillside bungalow, located between the Arabian Sea and the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, in Kashid. The open garden and natural surroundings make it a great place for bird watching (hornbills, paradise fly catchers...). My love for the view, simple charms of rural Maharashtra and the constant breeze, inspired me to design Firefly as a big open convivial space, hugging nature but never bereft of comforts. Filling one with joy and her peacefulness. Firefly has seen our children grow up and much fun and laughter with family and friends over the years. This has been our family second home for over two decades and one we've watched come alive from nothing. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.
