Rooms with a View

A self-contained annexe, with its own kitchen and bathroom plus a separate bedroom on an open-plan mezzanine floor above, accessible via a spiral staircase. There is a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two adults. There is free parking on the drive for one car. The open-plan nature of the layout make the annexe most suitable to a couple or family of 3 (or 3 close friends!) Please be aware that the stairs can prove challenging to older visitors.

Spinney Farm cottage is set in an idyllic rural location on a quiet country lane overlooking the village of Bonsall. Footpaths on your doorstep lead you into the beautiful countryside. Spinney Farm is the home to a herd of alpacas which you are welcome to visit and you may also see the cows from Puddle Hill farm in the nearby fields. Spinney Farm cottage is set in a dry stone wall enclosure therefore a safe and secure place for children to play and for you to sit and relax.

Matlock Glamping 'Left' Room - Derbyshire Dales.

Set in the heart of the historic spa town of Matlock, well served by public transport, these newly renovated 'Glamping Rooms' ooze style and comfort. The private room is self contained within the barn, with a shower room/toilet and a cute, fully equipped kitchenette. Ideal for couples but also practical and large enough for a family of six. Wirksworth is a small market town on the edge of The Derbyshire Peak District, an ideal location for walking, cycling and other outdoor pursuits. The cottage, originally a quarryman's dwelling, has been fully refurbished and is maintained to a high standard. The accommodation: double and single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and TV lounge. Outside is a decked sitting area. Parking is in the courtyard of Babington House next door.

The Annexe - Belle Vue House

The Annexe to Belle Vue House was built for Servants to the main house in 1823. The grade 2 listed building commands an elevated position overlooking Matlock Bath. The property has been lovingly updated to keep period features while providing modern living. The property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs from the lower drive way. Due to the period nature and historic listing road side parking is necessary.
