Das Ferienhaus Velebit Lodge wurde 2020 komplett neu renoviert und liegt direkt beim Naturpark Velebit. Geniessen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das majestätische Velebit-Gebirge. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Villa Sibenik with heated swimming pool it is surface of 268 m2 (for 9 people) is equipped with luxurious stylish interior and a touch of Neo style, and with its large terrace is ideal for long enjoyment in the warm evenings or for relaxing time to read books. Within a 5 to 10 minute drive from the house there are more than 5 of the most beautiful beaches in the Šibenik region. There are a total of 3 national parks within a 45-minute drive from the house. Krka National Park is a 10-min. by car.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
