The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Deerleap Lodge is a quaint cabin nestled on the outskirts of the New Forest National Park. ***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The HayLoft, a charming hideaway in the New Forest

The Hayloft, as we fondly refer to it in our family, is a delightful hideaway, tucked away in the heart of the New Forest, with everything you need to escape from the stresses of every day life. Once a stable block, the Hayloft was recently converted into a charming maisonette spread across 2 floors. Having retained all its countryside charm thanks to the original wooden features, the HayLoft feels cosy and homely yet is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped given its size.

Box Tree Cottage

A delightfully comfortable self contained private annexe. It is light and bright, decorated in a simple fresh style yet retaining the character of the cottage. It is a non smoking accommodation for the comfort of all guests. There is ample off road, safe parking with easy access to the entrance. We have 2 huts sat in a two and a half acre private site with river frontage conveniently located behind a fantastic restaurant/pub. Check in is from 3pm tomorrow! A privately accessed light and airy room set in a 17 century manor house. Perfect for accessing the forest, coastline as well as the historical town of Lymington. I have 6 acres of semi-wild grounds, to encourage wildlife , Deer, Badgers & Foxes if you’re lucky enough to see them. 20 min walk from Milford on Sea, with lots of cafes restaurants & pubs which you can find on Milford on Sea website.
