Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Min. im Zentrum von Ascona. In den zusätzl. Gebühren sind die obligat. Kurtaxen enthalten. Momentan hat es bei der Einfahrt eine Baustelle, welche aber keinen Lärm verursacht. Leider sind keine PP auf dem Gelände vorhanden, jedoch kostenpflichtige öffentliche blaue Zonen in der Nähe.
