You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars with EV charger & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema.
