Beautiful self contained annex surrounded by farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to the beach & The New Forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome (Extra charge of £20 per stay) but not allowed upstairs. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge & upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Use of the field directly opposite annex for walking dog.

The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. Captains Retreat Cottage is a private one bedroom ( very comfy 6ft superking) cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement. The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pilley is a self contained unit comprising of a bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen/diner and a lounge. It is in the grounds of Cherrytree cottage with access to the large bottom half of the garden including use of the summerhouse and loungers. The Lodge has a designated parking spot off road within the grounds of Cherrytree cottage.
