Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. Guests are welcome to share our garden.

An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

Only 20 mins drive to Bronte Country, the inspiration for Wuthering Heights. There is a king size bed upstairs and a sofa bed in the relaxing lounge. There is a shower room and fully fitted kitchen. If you don`t fancy cooking there are plenty of fantastic pubs and cafes within 5/10 mins walk.
