This is the perfect place for a country weekend away. We are 3 minutes walk from the Kennet and Avon Canal. You can wend your way along the tow path, with its canal boats, fields and woods, all the way to the beautiful aquaduct at Dundas with its quirky cafe and canoe hire, or to Avoncliff with its even more stunning aquaduct and cosy pub. The bus stop is 100m down the hill, and the bus takes you directly into the historic city of Bath, or to the quaint old weaving town of Bradford on Avon.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
