The Studio is located in the sought after village of Whitchurch, a beautiful area of North Cardiff. Whitchurch is just a 5 minute drive from M4 & 10 minutes into the city centre. The Studio is within walking distance to a selection of local shops, bakery, chemist, pubs & fantastic restaurants. The studio is newly refurbished with underfloor heating. Free parking on site! You will enter the flat from its own private entrance. Once inside, there is a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area complete with sofa, TV and coffee/dining table (the coffee table lifts up for more comfortable dining experience). The bedroom is again a nice spacious room, complete with wardrobe and dressing table. There are usb sockets on each side of the bed. Private en-suite bathroom with shower. Within easy reach of all local attractions.

Set on the edge of Victoria Park, this stylish detached garden annex is a perfect haven for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff. A large double bedroom, with a king-size bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The sitting area with access through bi-fold doors onto a private patio overlooking our garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. The annex has its own access, TV, WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great restaurants and a beautiful park.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
