The Hay Barn

We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

A beautiful 1863 home in the heart of historic Croston, opposite the village green with two dog-friendly pubs and excellent restaurants. Enjoy a tempting mix of takeaways nearby including luxury pizzas, Thai, curries, and top-notch fish and chips. The south-facing enclosed garden is ideal for unwinding with a drink in the sunshine. Scenic riverside and countryside walks start right from the doorstep. A key box at the front door means you can arrive whenever suits you. We’d love to host you!

One bedroom apartment, private access and parking.

This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy a quiet stay with private access and parking at this one bedroom apartment in Lathom. Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for extra cleaning.Dogs must not be left unattended on the property. Starlink is available at the property making it ideal for WFH

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Wake to birdsong and deer grazing in nearby fields. Sip your morning coffee with views of Holcombe Hill, then wander straight from the door onto scenic countryside trails, a dog walkers paradise. Watch steam trains chug through the village on the heritage East Lancashire Railway - a nostalgic treat for all ages. After browsing Ramsbottom’s quirky shops, wine bars, pubs, and cafés, head back to your cosy cottage, pour a glass of wine, and relax into Lancashire’s peaceful, timeless charm

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Swallows' Rest

Newly completed, Swallows’ Rest lies in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. Originally a stable block, it has been lovingly transformed into a superbly appointed 3-bedroom holiday home. Swallows’ Rest has a modern open plan layout a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge and private garden that overlooks our meadow and stone circle. The spacious bathroom enjoys both a large low-profile shower and full-size bath. Exclusive fishing is available for two rods on our lake.
