Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

This is a quiet, peaceful and friendly small site which, whilst being 2 minutes from the beach, is also 5 minutes from the local shops, pubs and many restaurants in the town. With ample parking, WIFI, a smart TV, DVD, double glazing and central heating, this is a cosy space to sit and watch the sea and it's wildlife.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches.
