The Cedar Garden is a grand country home sitting on 2.5 acres land, with 7 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 2 dinning rooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is in a super location in Central Coast within easy access to beaches and restaurants. Please note parties, events and noisy activities, including playing loud music, are strictly prohibited, noise and damage bonds apply. Music, loud noise and outdoor activities are not permitted after 9pm. The access to the property is located on Tumbi Road.

The Pavilions at Pearl is a luxuriously large 2 level modern house covering 3 pavilions on an enormous private block surrounded by native bush and wildlife and only steps to tranquil Pearl Beach. It covers 3 pavilions with 5 large bedrooms 1 with 6 bunks, 3 bathrooms and 2 laundries, plus a large chefs kitchen -dining inside and out and a comfortable lounge area with a cosy fireplace. It is ideal for 8 adults + 6 Children/teenagers

Blue Seas Avoca Beach

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

A spacious, 3 bedroom single level villa. Quiet and secure. Located at the rear of a complex of 5 Villas. Centrally located between Toowoon Bay and The Entrance. Pet friendly for small to medium sized dogs (please let us know when booking). Please feel very welcome to stay and enjoy quieter comfort - don't stay in the hub of tourist activity when Villa Blue is just walking distance to The Entrance and Blue Bay!
