The Pond House Annexe

Self-contained with its own entrance, the Annexe forms part of the main house, situated 80 miles south west of London, in a quiet hamlet but very convenient for the A303. It is ideally located for an overnight stay for anyone travelling between London and the West Country. Close to well-known towns and cities including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and Marlborough, it is just 12 miles from Stonehenge, as well as providing easy access to fly fishing on Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Nestled in the beautiful Woodford Valley, 5 miles north of Salisbury and a stone’s throw from Stonehenge, Netton Barns enjoy a peaceful location in a traditional farm yard. There are lovely local walks with stunning views of the valley and Salisbury Cathedral. Three popular local pubs offer good food. Heale House Gardens and its tearoom are within walking distance. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.
