It is a wildlife oasis where you can regularly see kingfishers, woodpeckers and hear ferny hoolets from your balcony. When you are not chilling in the hot tub, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the indoor space, which has a wonderful, relaxing feel-good atmosphere. We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars and exclusive use of a large cottage garden that is fenced off for safety. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds. One spacious bedroom and a beautiful patio area overlooking a fishing pond. Well behaved dogs allowed.

Holme Farm Cottage is a traditional one bedroom stone cottage, nestled in the quiet rural hamlet of Farleton, within the Lune valley AONB. Making it an ideal base to not only explore the surrounding area, but both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. It's self contained and sleeps two people . It has a private courtyard garden with seating, a separate kitchen, a lounge with log burner and one dining area, one double bedroom with separate shower room. Off road parking for two cars.

Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.
